I originally received it and it was missing 2 important pieces, which i didnt realize till I was well into set up. Had to request new pieces, they arrived. I again went to try and set it up and they gave me 2 of the same piece, so I was missing another important piece. Still waiting for this to be resolved. Wish I would have just spent the extra money on a different product. Very unhappy with this product.
