They are very simple, pretty, nicely made smaller chairs for small areas. Yes they come a little wrinkled, it should be expected theyre in a truck for god knows how long wrapped up. I have a small hand held steamer that I used for the bottom skirt of the chair which took 5 minutes total for both. I even used it in the back of the chair where you lay your back and they came out perfect . I also sprayed them with scotch guard to protect them since they are fabric. The fabric is not a flat natural color, it does have a slight speck through it which you can not see in the pictures but I thought made them even prettier but if you are looking for a flat natural/ cream chair you may not want to chance it. As far as the delivery pray you dont have UPS they were awful! Really Happy!!
