The packaging felt like they took a lot of care. The Instruction pages were simple and accurate, and the actual parts were neatly labeled. All the holes seemed to be perfectly aligned! My husband put this together in under an hour with minimum grunts of frustration.

Tip: To get the last of the holes to match up/headboard piece to frame/, we had to untighten the top screws that were put in the headboard first.
Tip2: The slats seemed longer than the frame, we untightened the frame a little, slipped the slats right in, and then retightened the frame. I like it.
