For almost 50 years, I have looked for a nice wooden rocker. I didnt want one with heavy padding. My old one was usable, bust defaced by a drunken husband. I have searched everywhere. This is not a rocker for the porch, but for inside the house. I am not a tiny woman this chair is nice roomy for me. Good product and definitely a value of a purchase.
