Well constructed. It took 3hrs to build from start to finish. It looks great and very sturdy. The box it comes in is very heavy which means you need two stong people to move it. Also a few things. I suggest a screw gun w an allen key to help snug up the hardware, then tighten by hand. Also get a roll of grip tape for the steps on the ladder as it can be slippery with socks. It is a great product. Definitely looks nice.
