I bought this loft bed after moving to a bustling Chicago neighborhood with notoriously small bedrooms, and I love the space it creates for other pieces of furniture under the bed. The ladder steps are killer on the feet, as others have said, but there are solutions to that.
The frame is sturdy and quiet. It could be that I tightened all the screws just right. I maybe spent 3 hours building this thing on my own, but some help is strongly recommended.
Over all, I am very satisfied with the quality of this product.
