This chair is comfortable. I purchased it expecting it to be larger than it is. The chair is beautiful and the seat is soft but it is just not large enough for someone who is on the heavy side. Just beware if you are a larger person. I will be passing it along to my size 2 granddaughter. Im a bit disappointed.
