This is a fabulous bed. We were nervous buying online without actually seeing it first, but we are so glad we did. It came ahead of schedule. It was very easy to assemble. All the pieces were there. Everything was in perfect condition. It is strong and sturdy. The finish on it is beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. My son is 7, but is very tall for his age. We were afraid it was more of a kid bed, but this could easily be for a teen, young adult, college student or even an adult. It is strong enough to hold my son and I. I highly recommend this bed. What impressed us the most is, it doesnt look like typical boxed furniture. People were stunned when I told them where I got it. They all assumed it was from a high/end furniture store. You need a hammer and screw driver. It doesnt use glue like some boxed items. The hardware is very nice. We love it.
