So first I want to say that the first time I ordered it, it arrived with a hole in it. How? I dont know. pretty sure it was the mail carrier fault, who knows but anyway. Their customer service is fantastic. I reached out to them, told them the issue and they shipped a new bed frame in just a few days, didnt even take long. The lady who helped me was super nice (her name is Aurora) and very patient as well (I usually expect people not to care since theyre talking through a screen, but that was not the case lol).
The bed frame itself is nice, a little lower than I thought it was going to be but its good for the price that were paying for. I like the color as well ! Its a good product
