Purchasing furniture online is not something I normally do, but needed something functional and inexpensive to fill a small space and this desk seemed to fit the bill perfectly. IF it would have come undamaged it would have gotten a 5 star rating. It looks good in its new home and it is surprisingly sturdy. However, in the looong process of assembling, defects were discovered. Dont understand why this stuff is not caught before shipping Just too much of a hassle to return and then I would have been left with nothing. The drawer scratch we plan on touching up with some kind of coloring, the more major damage is towards the back and not readily seen.
