Bought this bed for my 6 year old twins. It took about 3 hours for me to assemble alone. It wasnt too bad, though! It has only been a week or two, but the bed is holding up well. We have purchased framed beds from this company before that we were satisfied with (only needed a new bed because we downsized in bedrooms). I would definitely recommend this bed. It feels sturdy and looks nice. So far meets my expectations
