First thing to note: if you have an issue with the product/ CONTACT THE PHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE LOCATED ON THE PRODUCT TAG. One of the arms of the chair had a sewing error where the machine had slipped and left a hole in the seam. After a single phone call and a few emails to get all of my information squared away, I had a brand new arm shipped OVERNIGHT to my home, at no extra cost to me! Now for the rest: The chair feels firm, which is what I wanted for a reading chair. The cushions are easy to remove and clean, and both cushions have easy access zippers for re/stuffing in the future. A great purchase, and Im currently looking at their other furniture pieces to fill out the rest of the room. Dont over think it, youll love it!!
