It took a little over 2 1/2 hours for me to assemble this. My daughter helped me hold up pieces when I needed an extra set of hands. With two people assembling this from start to finish, it would go faster. One could probably assemble it on their own, but its a bit of a balancing act.
The bed looks nice on the outside, but this wont be great if you need drawers for heavy duty storage. It will probably work fine for her to store light things like her kindle, chargers and a spare blanket under the bed. The flimsy plastic interior wont hold anything heavier than that.
If you need sturdy drawers for storage, dont buy this. If light weight is fine, this bed should work.
The bed was also easy to assemble, for how many parts it has. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I would consider getting this bed frame again for a guest room. Its not expensive but bear in mind that you will get what you pay for. Super easy to assemble and so worth the money!
