Overall I am satisfied with the customer service, but disapp5in the product itself. I exchanged the first product because some of the connector pieces did not line up. The replacement was the same similar issues. For the price, this was a bit of a hassle for me due to the size and the amount of pieces having to pack back in the box to return it. Im a bit disappointed.
