I bought this tree as a replacement as my previous pre/lit tree of 10yrs finally stopped working. I read all the reviews and some mentioned it did not look as pictured or has a lot of holes. Theres a label that says to allow for 30 / 45minutes to fluff, its true. I took my time and fully extend the individual branches which took about 45 minutes. I really wanted to fill any holes/gaps because there were a lot because of the way it was packaged. It really helps and looks aming. I LOVE it but wish I purchased the 7.5ft tree. For reference, I purchased the 6ft tree which I dont believe is 6ft because Im 5ft and can touch the top of the tree on my tiptoes no problem.
