There was no wobbling or uneasy feeling about the possibility of tipping. The bed even comes with hardware to attach it to the wall and prevent tipping, though I didn't end up using it. I'm 200 pounds and can comfortably lay with my kids on the bottom bunk for story time without any worries. Overall, this bed is a great value for the price.
