I am 55 and about 145lbs and both the back head rest, the width, and the length with the foot rest up are comfortable enough for me.
The one slight frustration is that it is completely manual/ you have to use your weight to keep the back fully reclined sleep setting of the chair fully reclined. Still, it is cushioned well and comfortable. I put it together myself/ pretty easy to assemble/ about 3 different parts.
The lower back massage feature is a wonderful addition. There are a variety of pulses and you can set it on a timed setting to stay on for either 15 or 30 minutes.
