I recently received this trampoline, and I must say I am very disappointed with the condition it arrived in. The package was severely damaged, with visible tears and dents all over. It was clear that the shipping handling was not adequate to protect the product.This is unacceptable, as I was expecting a new and undamaged product. I have contacted customer service for a resolution, but this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope they can improve their shipping handling to prevent this from happening to others in the future.
