This chair is wonderful! It is softer than it looks and easily adjustable. Best of all assembly was a breeze. It might be a little heavy for some, so use care when assembling. There were just about 17 screws that needed to go in and they all can be installed with the handy Allen wrench that they include. The screws are all in little separate compartments in the pack and labeled making assembly even easier. The instructions, like all products, are perfectly written making everything a breeze!
