NO issues what so ever - ok one - chose to drop ship this item via USPS - like really ??? - if you think for a single min - the post office - especially the one in Grapevine TX is going to deliver this chair - your seriously fooling yourself - I caught our Postal Outlet in a blatant lie - the posted a couldnt deliver the item sticky note in our mailbox - claiming - get this - the driveway was blocked - ya - we live a apartment complex with HUGE driveways and at least 6 doors which they could have parked and brought the box to the apartment door - better yet - the exact day we were to get the chair delivered - I already suspected USPS wouldnt deliver the chair - I went down to the PostOffice and picked the chair up - thus - the day they posted the sticky note - they didnt EVEN have the chair in the delivery vehicle - which is one of those 30+ year old death traps they use - so ya - 5 Stars for the chair - ZERO ZERO ZERO for both in choosing USPS and USPS for providing incredible crappy customer service - oh - ya - by the way - Ive had two heart attacks within 14 months and my heart works between 28-35% efficiency and I managed to pick this box up - put it into the back seat of my F150 and bring up three flights of stairs at our apt complex - so - if I could do it - USPS should have easily done it
