These are exactly what this space needed. Just a small reading nook, and since there is a rug just to the left of the chairs, another rug in front of these would have looked a bit cramped. These little foot stools had just the right amount of color, plus they are super comfortable to prop up your feet while reading.
I did think the colors would have more of a rust/red tone in them to pick up on the rust colored pillows, but those diamond shapes are a little more to the pink/burgundy side. It didn't matter - it actually turned out better because they pick up more of the colors from the artwork on the wall. We really love these.
