It gets the job done, but not without some anxiety
I recently set up a work/from/home space and wanted a chair that was attractive yet would allow me to sit comfortably for 12+ hours a day. For context I am a 55, 230 lb woman. The chair is wide and deep and the seat, while firm is very supportive and even over the last few days has started to soften up and has only gotten more comfortable with time. It is very attractive and it doesnt scream desk chair. As other people have stated, the assembly is a bit tricky as the holes on the bottom of the seat can be hard to line up, but with the back of the chair lying on the ground and the seat at a 90 degree angle to the base, I had my husband push down on the seat portion and this allowed me to insert the bolts connecting the two pieces with ease / this would NOT have been an easy assembly with only one person. My only other concern, and Im not sure if this is because the chair is still getting broken in or what, but it does occasionally creak and almost sound like the is ripping. Thus far this has only been alarming as there is no visible damage to the chair whatsoever.
Overall, I would purchase this chair again, and would recommend it to people who are looking for an attractive yet comfortable office chair.
