update I was sent a replacement chair that was 95 better than the last so I kept it. Chair is very very comfortable and proved to be easy to clean after my baby marked it up with sharpies.
1st chair: NOT impred with my chairs condition. Right out of the packaging I could immediately see areas where the material was snagged and pulling. I wouldnt buy this used if it were in this condition. Now I have to disassemble what I had already done, repackage and send back in HOPES that the next one doesnt come with the same issues. Not to mention get this thing to the nearest UPS store, its a HEAVY box!
