10 min to put together / did need the help of my 7 yrs old son to put prure on the back of the chair to line up the wholes LOL. Its a bit firmer then I though (in a good way) and it tilts!! I love it. I dont have back issue so I dont know how much support if offers but for for me, its perfect. Plus, it offers enough room to criss cross my legs / I work 10hr shifts so for me, it was a must!
