It seems a bit stiff right now, but I think it will soften up a little bit with use. It has good lumbar support, has height adjustment, and can tilt depending on your preference. I was worried about the arms not fitting well under my desk, but they fit with room to spare, even with the chair all the way up. I purchased the and I love the color.
