Its a cute bed and it should be easy to assemble, but we received an item that was obviously not new, someone had visibly tried to assemble it and broken some pieces, and deformed the central metal bar. We needed it and it was too much of a hassle to send it back so we managed to assemble it anyways but we were disappointed.
Its also higher than I expected but I didnt pay enough attention to the sizes so thats my bad. It will do with a security rail.
