This chair arrived in a box that looked like it was packaged up by a 3 year old. Maybe it got opened up by customs agents?? But even if that was the case, there was zero inner packaging. Huge holes and rips in the cardboard and nothing protective inside. We took lots of photos of the box, assuming it would need to be returned. But amingly, the chair wasnt damaged and the off/white fabric wasnt stained. So we kept it and Im happy with it. The seat is comfy and has a lot of give, so Im not sure a year down the road if it will have any support whatsoever left. Its not as good quality as what you would get from a high quality furniture store, thats for sure. And one more thing. I noticed that the price of this chair fluctuates almost daily, so keep your eye on it for a while to get the best deal.
