The back rest was too narrow to slide into its brackets between the arm rests. It can slide in just fine on one side or the other but not both. First time they said it was a manufacturing defect but the second one has exactly the same issue. Theres about half an inch to an inch of extra space between the bracket on the back rest and the bracket on the arm rest when its neatly connected on the opposite side. Seems like a design flaw but I do want this chair so Im putting on clown makeup and sending out for another replacement, Ill update this review once I get chair 3.
