WORST BED AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY DONt BUY
I ordered the bed and it arrived damaged. the plates were bend and made quirky sound every time you get up. on contacting they said to return the product since the plates are out of stock. No one want to pick such heavy bed up and down 2 floors. Really frustated with their customer service. Seem like I purchased refurbised bed
