    Horrible customer service, poor quality products

    Im writing this negative review because the headboard support bar (part E) is defective and the holes wont line up for the screw to go in. I immediately reached out to the manufacturer for a new part. The representative I chatted with stated hed send my request to their Tier 2 team and that theyd respond back within 24/48 hrs. After no response 5 days later, I called them for an update. The representative said my request never got submitted to their Tier 2 team and I was told someone would contact me soon. The next day I received an email from a representative asking for photos of the maual, defective part and proof of purchase. I sent what they needed right away and their auto response email stayed Id hear back within 24/48 hrs. It has now been a week since I provided what they needed and still no response. Now I have to repackage this extremely heavy box and ship it back for a refund. Horrible customer service and a poor quality product. I highly recommend you purchase your products elsewhere!
