I ordered this several weeks back and kept calling ups to get a delivery update. Every time after being transferred and put on hold for a minimum of 20 minutes, I got the same answer / its out for delivery. Took several days off work because the update said / attempted delivery today at 9am. Long story short I had to rent a uhaul truck and drive 45min to pick it up. If I wanted to go shopping for a bed I would have, I wanted it delivered to my front door. Very disappointed!
