I was happy to find the Umbrella Replacement as the original frame is in new condition after five years of sitting on the deck. I would have hated to throw it away. I am very happy with the Umbrella Replacement. The fabric is a high quality. From start to finish it took able 5 minutes to remove and replace the canopy. I look forward to replacing it aging in another 5 years.
