We were given an old patio set to get us started at a new home but the umbrella was ripped in several places and appeared to be weak in others so I came across this one as a prime deal and decided to try it. It fit perfectly. I had my 10 year old do most of the work putting it on. Measurements were spot on. Seems durable, especially given the price. I did notice what looked like pinholes near the pockets where the stitching was but doesnt appear to allow water through. Have had it up for over a week and it has weathered rain and winds just fine, folded down for the rough winds of course.
