Size is smaller based on what I saw with other peoples pictures and them sitting in them.
Not sure why anyone thinks the instructions are confusing. It was so easy And since it was so easy, I posted a picture of the instructions so you can see for yourself!
This chair gets an overall 3 stars , because of the size and sturdiness! The descriptions say weight size up to 500, hardly being that, based on the size and build of this chair.
