Instructions and the parts/screw labels were completely wrong so we had to disassemble all 6 stools and reassemble, therefore causing warping and damage. I dont want to have to deal with returning and reordering new chairs and reassembling them, so I requested at least 1/2 off discount/refund and they only want to offer 20. HORRIBLE product and customer service!!! BEWARE of this item and seller
