The screws are too short / did not grasp and just spin when tightening
I was not able to assemble all of the chairs. The instructions show to use the short screws in the 5 holes to attach the seat to the backs. Most of the screws just spin when you try to tighten the screw into the hole.
When logged into the website provided to register the items I got a trojan horse virus warning. I was unable to register the items.
I never received the upgraded warranty in the mail.
