The glass top is thick.. the chrome finish is not the best, its scuffed looking in spots, not shiny, I was expecting the finish to be a bit better quality at this price point.. the chrome finish on my $40 floor lamp (also in the pics) is much, much better, very shiny almost mirror like.. the table was packaged extremely well.
