The company was gracious enough to recognize the flaw and offered me a refund for one of the chairs.
Its nice to know there are still businesses out there that care about customer feed back.
Ripped after one use. Extremely disappointed. Not worth it at all.
Also, very low to the ground.
Would NOT recommend.
