The lounge chairs arrived about one week earlier. I took me not quite 30 minutes each to assemble them. Contrary to some reviews the holes lined up nicely and the screws went in without a glitch. There were only two where the wicker was in the way but with some twisting and bending the screws were pushed through and threaded. I recommend a screwdriver and ratchet with exchangeable bits (it needs a 4 hex bit) as the supplied Allen wrench will make assembly a drag because you cannot turn it continuously and have to turn a bit and reset the wrench. Tight spaces - what can you do.
Once assembled they are easy to schlepp around. The cushion is very comfy and has just the right amount of rigidness and softness. Very happy.
I cannot comment on rusting yet as they just arrived yesterday and it has not rained, thankfully. So the jury is still out on this one but judging from the paint job I dont expect any rust any time soon.
So overall very happy with the purchase!
