Great customer service: Unfortunately, my package was missing a set of screws. They responded quickly to my email and sent the missing items.
The wood color was exactly as pictured on their site, but were a bit more rustic looking for my preference. So, I brushed a light coat of stain to customize to perfection. I would definitely recommend these stools.
Comfort….well, they are as comfortable as a wood stool can be. I love how they swivel.
