If the chairs were received in proper condition, I would rate them 5 out of 5 stars. However, one chair was received with damage both on the base, and on the metal rim around the seat back. It also makes a godawful squeal/grinding noise when swiveling; the swivel motion is not fluid as it should be.
The other chair is in generally good condition, and I am happy with it.
Update (4/12/2019): service representatives have been very timely and helpful. After confirming the condition of one of my bar stools, I was awarded a replacement stool at no cost. I believe I can safely recommend this product and its seller.
