The entire process from purchase to assembly was a nightmare. They lost the package, there was more defects that originally stated (a few times we had to just drill our own holes), it took two weeks to even finally receive all of the parts so my kids were sleeping on the floor. Never ever again would I purchase these or recommend someone to purchase.
