I think its very comfy. Works well! Massage function is more of a magic fingers type of deal, but does what it says. Lift function is awesome! Works great! Easy to assemble. Took just a few minutes. I do question the sturdiness of arms over long run and would recommend the extended warranty (I purchased). But for the price this is a great functioning chair snd looks good too!
