My Mom loves it and my Dad was able to assemble it!
So far, my Mom loves this chair. She has trouble getting comfortable in the chairs we have but this one is great! She says it fits her perfectly. She hasnt been adventurous enough to try the heat or massage but shes been doing Zoom chats to show people the chair lift and how easy it is for her to get out of the chair.
Very much worth the money.
