I bought this chair to recover from surgery and it is extremely comfortable. Ive been sleeping in it 24 hours a day with no complaints. Im very happy with my purchase. I would give the customer service from this company more than 5 stars. Ups lost one of the boxes and they quickly sent a replacement out without hesitation. I would definitely order from this place again.
