I ordered this chair for my disabled wife on a whim. I am 65+ and put this chair together using one tool. A pair of pliers to tighten a couple of wing nuts. Everything else slides and locks in place. The only difficulty was the delivery which s customer service handled quickly to resolve the issue and followed up twice to make sure that I was satisfied with their product. I would like to thank Nami and the customer service department at for all their assistance. For the money youll get a comfortable power recliner and service should you need it.
