    Wish I had bought the wrranty

    We have had a problem with the remote which is on a wire. It came loose from the handle snd we had to take it apart to fix it. I wish it was built into the arm of the chair. I wish I had bought the warranty for this chair. I tried to go back and buy it after the chair was delivered but was unable to get it to except my purchase. About a year ago I wrote to the manufacture or the seller Im not sure which it was, that I was disappointed with how quickly the arms of the chair lost their cushioning. I was told I would have to produce proof of purchase and they would see what they could do. I was not able to find the paperwork and was unable to trace the purchase date either its been about two years now. The whole chair has lost its cushioning . I sat in it last night for the first time in a year and I was shocked that I felt like I was sitting on the wood. The cushioning has apparently shifted and its not comfortable like it should be or someone who has the need for such a chair. I guess I am to blame for not purchasing the warranty. That wouldve made it so much easier. Sometimes buying things on the Internet is not such a good idea when it comes to such large items and as much money as I spent on this chair. We wont be replacing it because we live on retirement funds so. Just be cautious and buy the warranty
