The chair is great, but their service was the highlight of our experience. The chair came in two pieces and one of them was accidentally sent back by my grandfather. When I communicated with the company, they immediately found the second box and resent it to my grandfather. They also checked in to make sure everything got worked out and that we liked the chair.
