I have had this chair for a year and I still love it. I have contacted the company twice since then and each time I have been blown away by their customer service.
I was a little concerned about buying such a large item on but I could not have been more delighted with the value of this item. Even if I didnt need the lift help it would be a good value for a comfortable recliner with massage. I normally purchase La/Z/Boy recliners and this one has actually held up far better.
