It is a comfortable chair , but it broke after one week! Chair will only go up, and no longer goes down!
I reached out to the seller / will update once its fixed.
Update / they think its the remote sending a new one / but they sent it UPS Ground from California to New York, so it will take 8 days until it gets here / a bit frustrating, but hopefully it will work stay working... to be continued
Update / new remote did not work, but now they are sending me a new motor, which will also take a week to be delivered... to be continued
Update 12/27/20 / they sent the wrong motor! How many more tries will it take to get it right???
Update 1/5/21 / they sent a new chair base, and it finally works! Lets hope that it stays that way

Changing the rating from 1 to 4 stars, as although it was very frustrating, the product is good, and customer service was responsive very pleasant!
